Our popular Dance Along classes offer attendees the chance to learn and perform a wide range of different dance styles in a patient environment, at a pace that suits them.
Each session begins with a series of gentle warm-up and body conditioning exercises, followed by a fun and enjoyable dance routines in a variety of dance styles.
Attendees may be accompanied by a support worker if needed.
